With more than 20 years of workforce development and vocational expertise, Director Emad Omar leads a dedicated team of professionals with a proven history of delivering impactful employment services to individuals who are often the “hardest to serve.” Mr. Omar previously served as Director at Career & Educational Consultants, a key employment service provider in New York City.
Our leadership team also includes Pamela Decuir, MSW, Program Director, who brings over two decades of experience from the Federal Employment and Guidance Service, where she successfully oversaw job placement and housing programs within the health and social services sector.
Together, our strong partnerships with employers and support organizations allow us to consistently secure sustainable, meaningful employment with competitive wages for the individuals we serve.
